The main characteristics are: high strength of high temperature structure, low creep at high temperature, small thermal expansion coefficient, strong floc resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance. According to the different aluminum content and volume density, the use of temperature of 1350-1700℃, can directly contact the flame furnace working layer lining.
Silica thermal insulation refractory brick: refers to the thermal insulation silicon refractory brick with SiO2 content above 90% and volume density less than 1.2g/cm3. The volume density is 0.9-1.1g/cm3, the compressive strength is 2.0-5.9MPa, the thermal conductivity is 0.35-0.42W (M. K), and the operating temperature is 1200-1500℃. It is suitable for use in high temperature kiln without contact with molten slag, such as heat insulation material lining of high temperature hot blast furnace of large blast furnace and heat insulation material of glass kiln brick masonry.
Calcium feldspar light heat insulation brick: mainly divided into two kinds, one kind is made of calcium feldspar as main raw material, another kind is based on calcium feldspar combined with light mullite brick (need to add kyanite raw material) his characteristic is small volume density, small thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance, the effect of anti-reducing atmosphere is strong. The operating temperature is 1100-1300℃. It is suitable for heat insulation lining of hot blast furnace, soaking furnace and heating furnace in iron and steel industry, and heat insulation lining of various catalytic cracking furnace in petroleum industry.
